Scope and acceptance
By using this site or a Kero product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the services.
These terms cover the public site and current Kero tools unless a product links to its own terms.
Eligibility and acceptable use
Use the services only in line with applicable law. Do not misuse the site or products, interfere with how they run, try to break in without permission, spread malware, or use the services to harm others.
- Do not scrape, overload, or probe the services in abusive ways.
- Do not reverse engineer or attack the services except where the law allows.
- Do not use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing activity.
Product availability and changes
We may add, remove, pause, or stop features or products at any time, with or without notice.
We do not promise that any product, feature, or external link will stay available, compatible, or the same.
Intellectual property
Kero and its licensors keep all rights in the site, brand, visuals, code, copy, and product materials unless another license says otherwise in writing.
You keep ownership of content you submit or enter into our products, aside from the limited rights we need to run the service you are using.
Tools and outputs
Some tools run mainly in your browser and build outputs from what you enter. You are responsible for checking outputs before you rely on them or share them.
If you use another company's service alongside a Kero tool, that company's terms and privacy policy apply to what you send them, not ours.
No warranties
The services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, Kero disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Kero is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, business interruption, or substitute service costs tied to your use of the services.
If liability cannot be fully excluded, Kero's total liability for claims about the services is limited to the greater of what you paid Kero for that service in the twelve months before the claim or USD $100.
Third-party services and links
The site may link out to other sites, repos, or services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
Termination or suspension
We may restrict, suspend, or end access if we reasonably believe your use is abusive, unlawful, harmful, or creates security or operations risk.
Governing law and contact
These terms follow the laws that apply to Kero's business, except where mandatory consumer laws in your country say otherwise (for example, rules about which courts hear disputes).
