This policy applies to the Kero marketing site and Kero-run products unless a product posts its own privacy notice.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact details and the contents of messages you send us.
• Basic technical data such as browser type, device type, or server logs from normal site use.
• Information you voluntarily enter into a Kero product or tool.

We do not run sign-in, subscriptions, or payments on this public site. When a tool runs locally in your browser, less information is sent to us by design.

We use collected information to:

• Run, maintain, and improve the site and products.
• Reply to questions and support mail.
• Watch reliability, block misuse, and protect security.
• Meet legal duties and enforce our terms.

Content you type into a Kero product is used only as needed to provide that product. When processing stays in your browser, it stays on your device unless the product clearly sends something to us or to a provider we name.

If you paste data into another company's site or app, their policy governs that data, not this one.

We may share information only in narrow cases:

• With vendors who host, secure, or operate the site or products for us.
• To comply with law or respond to lawful requests.
• To protect rights, safety, security, or to look into misuse.
• As part of a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or similar transfer.
